I am a writer and poet, with various publications in both prose and poetry. Until recently I was an Associate Lecturer in Creative Writing for the Open University, but am now writing full-time.

My poetry pamphlet, BORK!, is due out on 4 May 2013. It is published by HappenStance Press. There will be a book launch in Exeter on 7 June 2013 at the Hub on the Green.

Born in the USA, I came to the UK when I was 14, where I attended Dartington Hall School and the University of Essex. I also studied at the University of Paris and Bath Spa University. I now live in Exeter with my partner, cat and three hens.

'I have published four works of nonfiction, a collection of poetry, short prose and a number of reviews and essays in various magazines and journals.

I have given readings in Dartington (Ways With Words), Exeter, Norwich, London, Zurich and various other places.
